I am a photographer, filmmaker and director with a passion for telling authentic stories about real people.

I approach my work with a practical, open mind, driven by curiosity, experience and a genuine desire to understand the people and stories in front of me.

My work has always centred around people, place and real life. After more than 20 years working across advertising, editorial and documentary, I’m increasingly drawn to creating and originating projects as well as responding to commissioned briefs.

I continue to work commercially across photography and film, while also developing longer-form documentary and personal projects.

I am also Co-Founder and Creative Director of Local Heroes, where we create original storytelling initiatives built around people, place, purpose and community. We develop ideas, bring people and organisations together, and turn stories into projects designed to create connection, participation and lasting impact.
